Job Description:
- Real-time documentation of patient interactions using advanced technology.
- Facilitate seamless communication between doctors and electronic health records (EHR).
Shift:
Candidates must be willing to work night shifts as this role involves real-time servicing of US doctors.
Stipendiary Training:
- Phase I Classroom Training: Free training for 30 shifts.
- Phase II Training: On successful completion of CRT training, a monthly stipend of Rs. 15,000 per month will be paid from month 2 onwards.
- Phase III Training: On successful completion of Phase II, you will qualify as a Production-Ready Scribe, your status will change to ‘employee’ and you will earn Rs. 25,000 per month.
Salary on Completion of Training:
On successful completion of the OG Healthcare Medical Scribe training program (ScribePlus™), meeting the 8 criteria to be a Doctor Approved scribe, you qualify to provide scribing service independently for your assigned physician, earning a monthly remuneration of Rs. 40,000 per month.
