- Engage potential customers, including doctors and pharmacists, through telephonic communication.

- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for enhancing customer outreach and driving sales growth.
- Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Required Skills
- Educational Background: B.Pharm, D.Pharm, MSc, BSc, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, Lifesciences.
