About the Role:
Lyfius Pharma, a subsidiary of Aurobindo Pharma, is inviting applications for multiple positions in Fermentation Production. We are looking for dedicated and experienced professionals to join our team and contribute to our ongoing projects in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh.
Job Overview:
We have openings for Executive / Assistant roles in Fermentation Production. These roles involve leading and managing fermentation projects, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage fermentation projects from concept through scale-up and production.
- Develop and optimize fermentation processes to enhance yield, efficiency, and quality.
- Operate and manage large fermenters (50KL to 250KL) including fed-batch and continuous partial harvest systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot fermentation equipment like flow meters, pH/DO sensors, and temperature/pressure sensors.
- Ensure online documentation, feed adjustments, and adherence to SOPs, EOPs, and BPCR.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including downstream processing, analytical development, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Present technical reports, data summaries, and protocols.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in handling microbial strains and maintaining optimal growth conditions.
- Experience in bioprocess optimization and troubleshooting.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
