Job Overview:
IQVIA is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Officer to join our Clinical Operations team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Veeva Vault RIM or other Regulatory Information Management Systems (RIMS), and will play a key role in maintaining data integrity and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Veeva Vault RIM or RIMS (Register) applications for regulatory data management.
- Complete routine and complex data maintenance tasks according to agreed schedules.
- Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and compliance with data checklists.
- Provide training and support to users of Regulatory Information Management (RIM) systems.
- Identify and contribute to process improvements and efficiencies.
- Actively participate in business process changes and technology initiatives related to RIM.
- Collaborate with clients to support RIM system implementation and issue resolution.
- Assist in preparing for internal or client audits as required.
